When should I start looking for my
invitations?
**FOR WEDDINGS, we recommend that you should start
(6) months before the wedding date, to give you ample time to choose the
invitation design and elements that will perfectly match your taste and
preferences.
**FOR CELEBRATIONS, please allow at least 3 months before the event date, to give you enough time to choose and decide on your invitation designs and layout.

When should I send out my
invitations?
**FOR WEDDINGS, ideally,
invitations should be sent out 6 - 8 weeks before your wedding date. That gives
your guests plenty of time to clear their schedules and make travel
arrangements if they are out-of-towners. **FOR CELEBRATIONS, we suggest that
your invitations should be sent out 2 weeks – 1 month before your event date, to
help your guests make arrangements on their schedules.
What is your minimum order quantity?
50 pieces at least on
average is our minimum order for invitations, however, if you only require
beyond our minimum order, an additional cost will be added to the item’s original
price.
Should I order extra invitations?
We suggest ordering
at least (10) ten extra invitations in case of last-minute guest additions and
for keepsakes. It is more cost-effective and easier to order additional
invitations at the time you place your order. Also, due to the availability of
certain materials, you may not get the exact same thing as the initial order.
How long will my order take?
Production takes
approximately 2 weeks upon approval of
the final mock-up or earlier depending on the availability of the materials
and the complexity of the design.

Do you accept rush orders?
Yes,
we will do our best to accommodate all your orders and requests. Though, all
rush orders are determined on a case-to-case basis. We will still consider
the availability and complexity of the materials for your invitations. **We add a 20% Rush
Order Fee to the final bill.
Can I see samples of your invitations?
All our products are
featured on our website. If you would like to see one of our actual designs
before placing your order, you may contact us via phone or email and set an appointment.
Can I change the font of an invitation
I like?
Yes. You may choose a
typestyle that catches your eye and matches your event theme. Choose a font
from our list or you may even opt to combine a couple of your preferred fonts.
Can I change the paper, design, or color
of an invitation?
Yes, we can create an
entirely new design concept just for you at no additional cost! And, we can
change the elements or materials of an invitation to anything you desire.
However, keep in mind that changes in certain elements of your invitations may
also change the price depending on your choices.
Can I choose my personal wording and
print in colored ink?
Definitely yes! Please
provide us your personal choice of invite wording or choose from our selection options.
You may also choose any ink color that will complement your wedding theme and
invitation design.
Can I make changes to my proof?
Yes, nothing is final until
you decide it is. Once the written proof is signed off / approved and returned
to us, that is when your order is confirmed and finalized. This is when
production begins.
How do we pay?
For the initial payment, we
require a 50% deposit of the agreed total package price before work commences. We
accept payment by cash, cheque, or direct bank transfer. For cheque payment,
production will start after your cheque has been cleared. Bank account details
for payments will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
